Sherri Franzoi, Owner
At Discover Interiors, a big reason for our success is the leadership and management of our owner, Sherri Franzoi. Sherri is a University of Baltimore graduate who has worked in the home design industry since 1989. For the majority of her career, she has made interior selections in new construction homes for builders like D.R. Horton, Ryan Homes, K HOV, Dan Ryan, Pulte, and many more. Sherri has mostly worked on projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland/D.C., Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
In 2019, Sherri relocated to Florida and decided to start Discover Interiors. She is passionate about helping others and creating beautiful homes by providing thoughtful home décor services, including window treatments, area rugs, barn doors, and many others. In her free time, Sherri enjoys spending time with her kids and her dogs.
Robin Simpkins
A University of Phoenix graduate and mom of boys, Robin loves spending time with her family. In February 2020, Robin moved to Cape Coral and became part of our team. Since then, she has enjoyed learning about window coverings and motorization. Her favorite part of the job is working with customers and helping them find the perfect window treatment solution for their home and lifestyle.
Tracey Outlaw
Tracey Outlaw is an accomplished interior designer specializing in transforming kitchens and bathrooms into spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional. With over 15 years of experience in the construction field, Tracey offers a unique blend of creative design vision and practical project management expertise. Tracey’s approach goes beyond aesthetics, focusing on understanding each client’s specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle to deliver tailored solutions. Drawing on extensive knowledge of materials, appliances, fixtures, and design trends, she ensures each project reflects both current innovations and timeless style. Tracey has a strong background in construction project management, ensuring seamless execution from initial design concepts through completion and providing clients with a stress-free experience. She is known for her attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. Whether it’s a complete kitchen renovation, a spa-like bathroom retreat, or a small but impactful upgrade, Tracey is dedicated to creating spaces that exceed expectations and enhance the client’s quality of life. Sue Shaw
Sue is a graduate from Patricia Stevens in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a degree in interior design. She enjoys remodeling and transforming rooms into beautiful spaces.
Sue moved from Dubuque, Iowa to Cape Coral in the fall of 2018. She loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Henrry came to the United States from Cuba to provide a better life for his family.
With over five years’ experience in window treatment repair and installation, he is a valuable asset to our organization. Our clients love his professionalism, perfectionism, and superior customer service.
In his free time, Henrry enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Marsha Neilson
Marsha is a financial accountant with over 40 years’ experience in accounting, tax, and cash management/forecasting.
She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is QuickBooks Online Certified.
When Marsha is not spending time with family and friends, she can be found pounding the keys on the computer and calculator.
Mike Neilson
Mike brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in general contracting with a specialized focus in painting, detailed trim work, finish carpentry, and tile work.
